An adage says "A Sunday well spent brings a week of Content."
Sunday is a day we abandon any kind of stress, job, work, hustling and bustling etc and attend to our family and WORSHIP the Almighty God; 
expecting a better week ahead. A time of Refreshing from the Presence of Our God - Acts 3:19.
