The cameraman doesn't create graphic overlays..... The people who do assuredly prebuilt all these assets in advance, and probably didn't have anything to do with the error either. A whole other person or team of people will have laid out all the pre-made graphics inside whatever broadcast switcher system CBS uses, all according to a document called a "run of show".
That document would contain the order of all the known cues throughout the whole Superbowl, absolutely including all the scheduled musical performances.
So... Either the run of show was incorrect, the loader put it in out of order, and/or the on-site switcher (the guy who's sitting at the controls putting assets into a preview monitor and then cutting them into the broadcast) screwed up...
But no matter what, the error is fundamentally the Show Director's - as he or she should have caught it in either case.
Of course, shows like this require hundreds of assets and it's pretty easy to mess up a chyron. Pretty minor error, all things considered.
But since we now live in a world where media people are hyper-focused on oppression, they'll just assume it's some kind of unconscious bias / micro aggression.
Dumb, but also... Now you know a little bit more about how complex broadcasting is.
