My survey for my printable card game Unicorn Robot Party has now been set to close after the next 9 responses.
Completing the survey and providing an email allows you to get a free copy of the Base Game when it is complete.
To be eligible to complete the survey, you must be:
- a parent of a child of any age (provide your child's responses to the scenarios) OR
- a teenager over the age of 13

The date for completion of the game is not certain yet, but if you complete the survey including an email when it is complete you will get a free copy of the Base Game.
You can also choose not to provide an email and just contribute to the creation of the game but if you don't provide an email I can't send you a free copy of the Base Game.
