These are killing moves, and done right, can give even little kids the advantage in a fist fight.
Use caution giving this powerful knowledge to youngsters, they may use it on folks that don't have it coming.

If you can find a friend to practice with, you will soon be a lean, mean, fighting machine!
If you need a job, you can set up a weekly class to practice these moves with the students.
Soon you will have a whole team of lean, green, fighting machines.
