The artical says "Good for the woman that she fought off the rapist and that the Muslim will be deported". I do not think he will be deported because earlier in the article it says "He had previously been arrested for other crimes". So to me looks like giving the I don't remember story works, he gets a slap on the wrist and will be back on the street doing it again. They don't deport him because of the fear of getting called raciest, xenophobe, bigot, natzi, ect.
