This is the swimming competition my daughter participated in. It's held by the primary school
She didn't win but it will motivate her in the swimming practice i think
I like competitions but we are often told everyone is a winner and equal. But the reality is not like that.
Great to see. Competition is good and healthy and at the same time having a on of fun. She will win and lose...that is part of life. She is luck to have you encorouge her every step of the way.

Most people will lose many times in life. Whether it's losing in a contest, losing a bod to acquire a client, or losing their keys... (ha ha). It's not the losing, but how we react to it that defines us. Will we become frustrated and dejected (giving up, like you said) or will we press on and make the best of the situation? The most important reason is that swimming is the only sport which can save your child's life. ... Get your child involved here. Drowning is still one of the most common causes of accidental death in children, so being able to swim is an essential life-saving skill.

What a great way to kick start my day. It's very very owk to lose. Losing has never killed anyone and like they always say...What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.
Winning is simply a mindset. The only different between a winner and a loser is that a winner decides a better meaning for his failure while a loser doesn't.
No one ever truely loses until he says I quit. One there is life. There is hope and so we should embrace the positive mindset of always striving on untill we reach our goals.

I can remember a couple of years back during high school, myself and a friend played football (though in different teams) and they defeated us 2-1. Even till today when we talk, he still raises that event and we get to argue seriously about it and eventually, I still get to feel bad.

We have the same in all children's competitions say that the friendship won haha this is certainly not the case. I saw the faces of upset children, how they cry. I think that it is even useful and useful to them in life. This bouncy stimulus achieves the goal. It's funny but my daughter today went the same way to swimming competitions in another city. She already has 3 junior class in swimming. The result will be known only in the evening, she may be lucky. Thanks for the excellent post.
