Ingredients :
- Swiss cheese (today i use Raclette)
- egg
- cream
- cake puff pastry
Step 1
Mix egg and cream
Step 2
Prepare the plate :
a) Add a parchment paper on the metal plate
b) Roll out the puff pastry
c) Make holes with a fork
Step 3
Grate the cheese.
Step 4
Add Grate Swiss cheese and ground (cream-egg) in the plate.
Step 5
Cooking: 40 minutes at 180 °, without steam of course
Step 6
Final Swiss cheese cake, served with a green salad
