Beach and Nature Pictures From Australia

Bondi Beach was the first one I got to visit one day after I got to Australia. The water was a 7 on the shrinkter scale and I was only able to stay in for about 15 minutes. I was told it was 16 degrees C which is 60.8 degrees F. I took cabs there and back which costed me $60 total US. Pretty brutal but they didn’t have Lyft and I couldn’t use Uber because I didn’t have a SIM card to authenticate with. I also didn’t know how the bus system worked.

Two days after the hackathon I went back to Bondi and hiked along the cost to the other beaches.

The pools along the beach were pretty interesting.

There was some interesting rock formations by the water.

There were lots of flowers around.

I love clear water!

I wish the water would have been a little warmer so I could have snorkled.

In the end the beaches were awesome and I would much rather live in Sydney than in Los Angeles a lot in part because at least the water is clear so if a shark comes at me I can see his nose so I can punch him.

The flowers are pretty!
By the way, I am very sure you wouldn't wanna see a shark.

That's the one great thing about the great lakes, no jellyfish, no saltwater no sharks

Yeah that is a nice thing for sure.

I would be really scared if I saw one.

"because at least the water is clear so if a shark comes at me I can see his nose so I can punch him."

Those Aussie sharks might be a lot more crafty than you think. :-)

Yeah, I would totally get eaten. LOL.

Scary stuff out there!

It looks beautiful there @brianphobos just don't go in the outbacks because that country is hot and it is a continent, not a country LOL. I heard that they have droughts there at the moment.

Yeah they are having a drought over there right now but it didn't look that bad to me but I live in a desert over here.

A very nice place, like all that are near the sea. Those rock formations seem to be made by human hands, by an artist even.

Yeah it is pretty crazy.

Yes, nature is surprising!

Your an Indiana boy, I'm sure you spent some time in Lake Michigan, 60 should be nothing for you lol.

What is the shrinkter scale? Is that how much your wiener shrinsk when going in the water?

I never actually got in Lake Michigan when the water was 60 though. It was always more like 80 degrees and maybe one time in the fall it was 70 degrees.

Yeah the Shrinkter scale is how much a man shrinks up when in the water. Hahahha

Expensive cab ride but read this story.
I have a friend who was in Europe. She had tickets for train to another city. There was a strike so there was to be no train. Ended up a expensive taxi ride paid in Euros but at least she got there.

If I would have understood the bus, train, and ferry system in Sydney right away I could have saved at least $150 during my stay.

Punching sharks in the nose... Sounds more like 'Merica to me ;D

Did you see shark fish
