Well I can't be ABSOLUTELY certain. But I can be SKEPTICAL - because that is HEALTHY (and necessary). And I can be fairly CONFIDENT that is highly likely. And absolutely certain they have given me NO reason to think anything but that. And MANY reasons to base that upon.
