How do you motivate yourself to continue learning a particular skill completely on your own?

I love learning very much, and I always strive to develop my skills, but I always find it difficult to commit and achieve a high achievement rate like the one I achieve as if the content is interactive and followed by trainers, so I want you to share with me your plans to commit yourselves to learning please.
