Broccoli meat is one of the most delicious Moroccan food. Therefore, its cooking is considered to be a compliment to the guests and it is desirable in parties and weddings. - INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilo sheep or cow meat (without grease)
- 7 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 kg of onions
- 100 g fried almonds
- 3 boiled eggs
- 250 grams of plum
- 50 grams of sesame
- 1 teaspoon of skincare (ginger)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ghee
- teaspoon saffron
- HOW TO PREPARE
- Place garlic, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, oil, margarine and saffron in a bowl and mix all
Melt the meat in the previous mixture until it is saturated
Place the oil, onions, meat, and batter in a cooking pot over medium heat
Add a water cup with stirring constantly so that the spices do not burn
Leave the pot for 45 minutes or until it is cooked, at the same time prepare the plum
Place a glass of water in a different pot over medium heat
Add the plum, sugar or honey and leave for 10 minutes or until the honey
Make sure the meat is very soft before serving
In the serving bowl, place the meat and gravy and sprinkle with the plum coated with sesame and boiled eggs.
