This is a great instrumental track here by Tame Impala. No vocals on this one. They start slow, like a machine winding up, getting ready to run.
Tame Impala is the master of tempo. They know how to speed it up and slow it down to perfection. I understand bands like to let the band member shine every now and then but this could be a classic track with the right vocal pattern.
Why do you think they chose to call this track "Powerlines?"
It gives off an electronic vibe, I mean the title of the EP is titled Currents. I don't think that it's coincidence.
Just wanted to share with you, my fellow Steemians. What do you guys think of the song?
