Targeted Individual Gang Stalking - Directed Energy Caught with Infrared Camera

Total duration of footage is just over 8 minutes with non-stop activity but decided to trim it. Plenty to see in just a few minutes. Also, take notice of how particles of light, or white dots, appear to continuously cover different surfaces most notably on my fish tank, chair, TV stand and floor. This is NOT dust. Smart dust perhaps, nano particles maybe from all the chemtrails or some other phenomenon. Your thoughts?
