Interesting energy for today as it is Voting Day in the United States, and the card representing the energy for this day is the angel, Rochel, who represents among other things, those things that have to do with institutional structures, like Law and Justice, and Administration. Too, it represents, as well, the idea of the energy available through this angelic influence, to bring restitution, find lost or stolen objects, thoughts, or sentiments. It's also about looking at the history of how things have been, and it is asking us where this Angel, who brings the Divine energies that oversee these structures, can as well cleanse and transform Karma and help bring a balance to weighing things, so that there is not just an over-reliance on those structures, on those institutions, but that there is an ability to bring in the Divine by incorporating intuition in order that we might rediscover the Divine in us, because when we are out of balance and operating out of distortion, it brings all kinds of really nasty ugly problems...on the personal level, as in the family, as well as problems in administrations and governments, problems emanating from the shadow side of life. That seedy side of life can encompass things like vampirism, for example, or megalomania, for the individual or the whole. It reflects on the shadow side of the psyche, individually and collectively, and that brings problems in administration, management, accounting, and problems with government leaders and officials--at all levels. The distorted side of this energy brings problems with seeing to the justice of things, which can bring individuals and larger segments to ruin because there is that since of injustice threading everything. There is that sense of being out of balance, there is that sense of relying just on the the tangible material side of things, and avoiding a greater understanding through connection with Universal aspects, Divine aspects, the spiritual aspect of things. So, the angel, Rochel, is about watching the situation, and overseeing it, and the idea is needed to be able to offer harmonious influence, in order to be able to come to a balance, to make restitution, to clean and transform things that are karmic in the sense of that they've been initiated, and now they're playing out. And that's on all levels, not attributed to just one thing or person. Rather, bringing the spirit of Justice, overall...justice that transcends divisions. That is the energy available today and in need of embodiment by all.
