Arguably fried rice + fried noodles. More or less. Then given a few slices of vegetables such as cabbage (cabbage), mustard (caisim) and chicken meat, etc. Because there are many mixes, it is as if it is a random fried rice or chaotic. Now, from the word "chaotic" this is the word mawutnya. Maybe like that the origin of mawut fried rice was discovered accidentally, it could be because the ingredients of the rice lived a little and also a little more noodles finally mixed up it turned out to be a good buyer call and developed the mawut fried rice business. This cuisine only exists in Indonesia.

I don't know who used to create this recipe / menu. Why shouldn't it be called Mawut Rice? Maybe because of the messy "shape" of the country mixed with noodles? But this rice comes from Bireun (Aceh) friends.

But your oath (ehhh ... use all oaths), this "cheap" menu is practical, making it relatively easy. Don't use the hours, at least 10 minutes.

Mawut Fried Rice is actually the same as ordinary fried rice. The way to cook and spices is not much different. It's just that a little noodle is mixed here.
