Good day! TASTEEM, yesterday we celebrating Holy San Juan day we were just preparing some recipe to celebrate San Juan. Actually this is our Tradition every June 24th of the day we were celebrating San Juan. we all do the activity into the beach and sharing the foods, moments, bonding, knowing each other and specially celebrate San Juan day.
I prefer to make Ginisang Shrimp because this recipe is perfect to a beach party With full of bond and love.
Ingredients!
1kl shrimp (Optional), 1 medium white onion finely sliced, 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar (Optional), 1/8 teaspoon salt (Optional), 1 tablespoon spring onions chopped, vegetable oil for sauteing.
How to Cook!
Clean the shrimp, its up to you to get the head and the tail its optional for me i rather not. Season with salt Set aside. next heat up a wok, and add the oil on medium heat to prevent burns. Saute the onion and black pepper until fragrant. Add the shrimps and stir to combine. next add the oyster sauce, stir a few times, then add the salt and sugar like i said it optional you can put sugar or whatever you like, you can promote the recipe in your own ways.
Stir fry until the shrimps are cooked. Note: do not over cook the shrimp next add spring onions for garnish or tapping and serve immediately. Enjoy eating everyone HAVE A NICE DAY!
