머핀 위에 수제 소고기 패티와 양파잼, 수란이 올라가고 아이올라 소스가 뿌려진다.
소스가 흘러넘치게 듬뿍 뿌려져 나온다.
소스맛이 맛을 거의 차지한다.
에그베네딕트 수란을 반으로 가르는 순간 노른자가 흐른다.
작지만 두툼한 패티, 패티에서 육즙이 쭈욱 나와서
잘라서 단면을 봤을 때도 눈으로 보는 즐거움이 있었다.
양파잼이 간이 안들어간 소고기와 수란의 맛을 잘 살려주었다.
샐러드는 유자드레싱으로 넉넉하게 나오고
삶은 감자도 있다.
에그베네딕트 말고도 오믈렛, 아보카도 샐러드도 맛있어 보였다.
