Apparently outside the province of West Sumatra, lontong we known as lontong vegetable or vegetable lontong Padang. Proud to be part of the Minangkabau tribe, has many of the typical foods that people love in the country.
Today we will discuss the difference lontong padang with other types of lontong commonly known. Lontong is a food made from steamed rice, to form a solid. We all must know lontong. In West Sumatra, lontong must be wrapped with rhinoceros, at least wrapped in ordinary plastic. While in other areas, lontong dbungkus with leaves, berbentunk round oval.
