This food is Adana city’s special and trafitional food. So the Adana kebap name comes from the City name.
İt is a famous food around the Turkey and the world.

This restaurant is in Adana city. “Kolcuoğlu restaurant” they serve at least one meter long Adana kebap. Also table is very rich (they are priceless free appetizers)
