오늘은 며칠천에 들렸던 파리 바스티유(Bastille) 근처 20유로 대에서 3코스를 먹을 수 있는 빕 구르멍(Bib Gourmand) 레스토랑에 대해 포스팅 올리겠습니다.
3년전 Bib Gourmand 라벨을 획득한 파리 12구 파리 리용역(Gare de Lyon)근처 식당 JOUVENCE 식당의 앞쪽에서 촬영해 보았습니다.
식당 내부 모습입니다.
와인과 와인잔 장식, 전체적인 소품, 인테리어가 전형적인 파리의 비스트로(Bistro) 느낌이 났습니다.
식당 안쪽 선반위에 놓여있는 2017년 빕 구르멍(Bib Gourmand) 레스토랑 인증마크 찾았습니다.

점심 메뉴 전식 + 본식 또는 본식 + 후식 2코스 요리 가격이 19€ 이구요.

음식 가격이 정말 착하죠?
음식맛도 정말 훌륭합니다.
전식으로 나온 생선 대구의 아끄라(Accras) 요리입니다. 아끄라 요리는 원산지가 아프리카 가나, 포르투갈, 스페인 중 하나입니다.
아크라 요리는 보통 바닷가에서 생선 팔고 남은 생선으로 만드는데 허브도 들어가고 오늘 먹은 요리에는 Padrons 이라고 불리우는 바스크 산 매운 피망과 매운 마요네즈로 들어가서 생선의 비린내도 잡아주고 음식의 풍미가 아주 좋았습니다.
이 식당에서 갓 구워서 나온 빵입니다.
빵을 전식과 본식 때 잘라서 바구니에 담아서 주는데 빵맛이 환상입니다.
아크라 요리의 대구 흰 속살 부분입니다.
본식으로 주문한 흰색 참치 스테이크 입니다.
소금과 후추만으로 간을 맞췄습니다.
호박, 레몬 콩피(Confit : 남 프랑스 요리 기법으로 시럽(설탕물)이나 기름에 식재료를 넣고 오래 끓이는 기법 : 위키백과 참조)가 동번되어 나왔네요.
참치 스테이크 속 모습입니다. 맛있어 보이죠?
옛날방식 겨자소스(Moutarde à l'ancienne)가 들어가 있네요.
디저트로 나온 살구 구이(abricot roti), 빠나꼬따(pana cotte), 브르타뉴식 사브레(sablé breton)를 뿌려서 나왔는데 입에서 정말 살살 녹았어요.
후식후에 에스프레소 카페는 필수로 마셔야 할것 같아서 한잔 했는데 정말 완벽했어요.
26.50€(약 34,500₩) 나왔습니다.
정말 가격대비 고 퀄리티 식당 인정합니다.
