든든은 합정역에서 퓨전 한식을 먹어볼 수 있는 맛집이에요. 술과 밥을 한번에 해결할 수 있는 낭만적인 곳이기도 하죠. 요리사 두분이서 직접 오픈키친에서 요리하시는걸 보여주시는데 그만큼 재료도 너무싱싱하고 맛있습니다. 또하나의 장점은 가격이 저렴해요 8000원대라 가벼운지갑으로 갈 수 있답니다.
든든에 오면 항상 시키는 갈비버터밥. 갈비와 버터라니 맛이 없을 수 가 없는 조합이죠. 든든은 간이 쌔지 않아서 담백한 맛이 강한데 고기에 맛에 버터향이 은은하게 올라와서 아주 조화로운 맛을 느낄 수 있어요.
명란계란밥도 갈비버터밥처럼 신선한 채소와 함께 나와요 계란과 야채와 명란을 함께 비벼먹으면 짭짤한 명란맛이 담백한 계란을 감싸면서 톡톡 터집니다. 명란 계란밥은 간이 안맞으면 너무 심심하거나 너무 짠데 든든은 딱 적당하고 맛있었어요 부담없는 점심으로 딱인 것 같습니다.
