The fish that was the reason for the so-called "Turbot war" between Canada and Spain in 1995.

A very delicious and healthy flatfish that lives mostly in the Mediterranean sea. This specimen is from the north Adriatic sea
and weighs around 1.3 kg. Prepared for special guests in Istria who experienced a tastegasm because this fish was prepared with a variety of spices and a lot of love.

Young potato cut in small pieces in a sauce made of white wine, olives, olive oil, lemon juice, cherry tomato, parsley, and garlic.
Fried for about half an hour in the pan.

If you ever find this fish in a restaurant menu, don't pass on this amazing taste!
