This is one of my favourite food in my hometown, Sibu. The taste is sweet and bit of spicy. I will always add some lime for the sourness.
The soup is cooked with prawns’ head, local spice and santan. The taste is just right and not too strong.
It will always come with the shredded chicken, the shredded eggs and bean sprouts.
Oh.... I’m missing the noodle now!!!
Oh yes, one of my favorite too. I also ease my crave in Puchong area, there are Sarawakians opening hawker stall serving the Laksa.
