I ate this dish at Koh Samui at a small restaurant, never eaten so well π!
Unfortunately I lost the recipe the people there gave me π¬. It was a recipe with chicken π ,
covered in a thin layer of flour and crispy fried with garlic π§ with itβs skin,
including some soy sauce, fish sauce, and crushed peppercorns.
Again it was fried crispy together.
But I will try to give some ingredients that you will need to make it.

1 large egg
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Chinese shaoxing wine (or white vinegar)
