So I understand that the United States, China, and some European companies recognize crypto so you have to pay taxes. Do you have to pay the tax for countries that don't recognize crypto? If you do how would you go about this?

May depend on where you primarily reside on whether or not you have to pay. For countries that don't recognize, I would most likely elect to become a resident there and then cashout.
