When you think of this idea as a whole, it can be a little overwhelming and scary - deep down, we all have an inkling of how great we could be, but the work and courage to get there sometimes seems too much.

But what if we think of it as a big jigsaw - some days we might walk past and put a single piece in place, and other days we might make a concerted effort to fill-in 10 or 20 bits of the sky.
