When God interrupts.

I am positively sure that many of us that is going through life's journey would totally agree with me that none of us like getting interrupted. When we are doing something like maybe studying or even work that you need to rush so badly as you are afraid that your boss might scold you and then out of nowhere , interruptions comes. In human nature , it is very annoying. Interruptions are inevitable and that just how life works. It is unavoidable.

I can share a short story of how God interrupted my life by placing a woman of God , a mentor , someone who i can love despite her flaws, someone who i can look up and just journey through life with. Someone who kept me accountable. Someone who cares despite the battles she goes through @littlenewthings . With that i am forever thankful to Jesus for that interruption because without it , trust me. I will be this lost soul who is just lost and no idea where to go and what to do.

I was one of a rascal girl who was broken , who was finding love at a point in my life , finding acceptance. But it is through Jesus who interrupted me this broken girl who is just journeying through life rather blindly. Some people might say it is a divine appointment that i met her ( now kaima ). But really , just like the story below. God interrupts us when we are broken and send people in your life to share their stories to you and journey through life with you hence speak life into you. Sometimes you will get a slap but it makes you stronger because you realize that Jesus is always in control and Jesus is the one who provides, cares, loves, protects each of us. That you will only learn to seek His love and only Him. God is your firm foundation!

" You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart " Jeremiah 29:13

What if God is the one that interrupt your plans ?

There are so many stories in the bible of how God interrupts.

I am sure many of you would know this story from the bible that speaks about the Samaritan woman, no one ever knew her name. But she was interrupted by a stranger who then ask her for a drink of water. But to her thoughts why would this Jew come and interrupt a Samaritan woman like me and ask me for a drink because as you all know that Jews don't associate with Samaritans. She was rather puzzled and she was prepare to ignore Jesus , you do your own thing, i do my own thing hence mind her own business. As Jesus was talking to her, speaking life into her. Jesus look and said to her " I am the Messiah ". God interrupted her. This Samaritan woman was treated like an outcast because of wrong decisions and choices that she made therefore she decided to mind her own business. She just wanted to walk , get the water and choose to get back home with minimal fuss and Jesus is the one who was the first one who initiated the conversation , who interrupted that moment and bring about a revelation to her.

" Jesus interrupts the broken but the impact is a renewal. "

In the world today, there are so many things going on and on in our lives. So many situations in life that leaves us broken , disappointed or even sometimes discourage. Life may feel unfair at times but in your everyday life choose to look beyond life's interruptions because God uses interruptions to do things far greater , far beyond of what we all can imagine.

" For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the Lord " Isaiah 55:8

His plans are still to prosper. Sometimes the many interruptions by God reminds us that have no clue about the future. It is hard to see things all the little things because it can be frustrating at times. But in life we sometimes need those interruptions and remind us that we need to learn to place our burden on Christ as Jesus truly cares for each of us.

God hands and grace are with us. Lean on God and learn to understand His love on why sometimes God choose to interrupts us and learn to love the people around you who may have interrupted your life.

So my question to you today is

Is your life filled with interruptions?
