Practice
There is no absolute in what constitutes a regular yoga practice and what a regular yoga practice is. Practice whatever you can, whenever and however you can. Practice online; practice in your room. You can practice walking down the street. Most importantly, you can decide what your practice is going to be.

Yoga teachers are there to inspire you and cultivate the individual expression of yourself through yoga. If you don't feel validated by a particular class, it's time to move on. In your yoga journey, there will be many times the call to change will be heard. Listen

Meditation. Yoga today has adopted many different types of meditation: mantra meditation, Buddhist mindfulness and New Age wish-fulfilling practices. Experiment until you find something you enjoy and keep experimenting.

You. It's all about you: it's your practice, your journey and your life. Not others. At present, yoga is at the peak of its current renaissance.
