After purchasing the cleaned and cut fish from the shop, preparations were made to cook the fish. After some shopping on the ingredients, the recleaned fish was placed on a metal plate:

It was found that the fish brought was too big for the plate !IMG_20171211_150315_HDR.jpg
The tail portion was selected and the fish head went to the freezer (Maybe for preparing curry fish head)

A reasonable amount of sesame oil was lightly placed across the fish.

The prepared fish is placed in a wok to be steamed. Due to the steaming process and heat, no photo is attached.IMG_20171211_190322_HDR.jpg
Voila, the cooked fish after steaming for about 15minutes on medium heat. The comment received was that the fish was fresh, delicious and sweet.
