Around 30 pieces
Prepare 10 minutes (+ cooling time)
Cooking 15 minutes
125gm of softened butter
half cup of caster sugar (100gm)
half cup of brown sugar (110gm)
one egg
one cup of plain flour (150gm)
half cup self-raising flour (75gm)
one quarter cup of cocoa powder (25gm)
100gm of diced white chocolate
100gm of diced dark chocolate
1)Prepare oven to 180°C. Line two baking trays with baking paper. Meanwhile, beat the butter & mixed sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer until pale & creamy.
Put in the egg & beat until well mixed together. Next, put in the mixed flour & cocoa powder. Stir until mixed together. Then, the white chocolate & dark chocolate & stir to mix together.
Roll tbsp of mixture into balls and align on the lined trays, letting room for spreading. Bake, switching trays halfway through cooking until golden brown (about 12-15 minutes). Let aside on the trays to chill.
