My Work Life - The "Organization"

Hi everyone! It has been a while since I wrote my last post. Since I’m preparing for my upcoming project, I would like to take this opportunity to share with everyone about the organization I’m working with.

To begin with, CyberCare Youth Organization, the organization that I work in (and still working there) was founded in 1998 by a group of 20 pioneers led by our Founder, Mr. Cheong (my big boss). At that time, the organization is known as The Lions Club of CyberCare Kuala Lumpur (currently known as CyberCare Youth Organization – under Ministry of Youth). Unlike other Lions club, this club particularly was set up to administer projects that seeds and nurtures an e-Community for the children’s homes.

Currently, under CyberCare, we have 3 core programs which are catered to different age group. MAD, STEP and YEP. In this coming March, we will be starting our STEP program. These 2 years have really taught me a lot. From a volunteer to a full-time staff, there are way too many things for me to learn and absorb. About that and the programs we do, I would really love to share with you next time! That's all for now folks! See ya!
