In your post, I understand where you are coming from. As a former truck driver, I would notice people on their cell phones while driving. A lot of times I'm behind a slow car. As soon as I try to pass them, they speed up! So frustrating on the road at times. Just have to be careful out there.

    Yes, when we try to pass but they speed up. Did happen many times
