Mix White Pepper Soup 一锅熟胡椒汤

Today I cook a pot of Mix White Pepper Soup served with white rice for 7 pax. Mix pepper soup with chicken drumstick is RM 8 while without chicken drumstick is RM 6. Usually a normal pepper soup just needed chicken, shrooms & peppercorn but today additional fish ball, tofu skin & romaine lettuce due to some colleague not preffered chicken & we had some left over ingredients from previous cook which we do not want to waste it.
If you prefered strong pepper soup, I don't recommend variety ingredients in the soup because the taste of the soup will be different.
We finished it just in 15 minutes. Everyone is so hungry & some teachers rushing for the next class at the homeschool.
今天煮了一锅熟胡椒汤配白饭。加鸡腿就RM8而普通就RM6. 通常胡椒汤只需鸡肉，菇类和胡椒粒就行了可是今天加鱼丸，腐竹和油麦因为一些同事不想吃鸡腿而且也不想浪费之前用剩的材料。
如果比较喜欢重胡椒味就不建议放这么多配料免得汤味不同.
我们竟然只花了15分钟的午餐因为大家都饿了而且有些老师赶时间去上课。

Prepared chicken(any part), ginger (sliced), white pepper soup packet & peppercorn (smashed)
准备鸡肉(哪个部分都行)，姜(切片)，胡椒汤料包，胡椒粒(碎)

Once the water boiled, put in the spice packet, chicken, peppercorn & ginger boiled for 1 hour.
Peppercorn depending how spicy you preferred.
水煮滚后，放入胡椒汤包，鸡腿，胡椒粒和姜煮一小时。胡椒粒个人喜欢。

Some other ingredients you may add in such as button mushroom, needle mushroom, fish ball, tofu skin & romaine vegetable.
一些配料如蘑菇，金针菇，鱼丸，腐竹和油麦。

Do not cook the tofu skin with the soup, whole pot will be like tofu skin soup & is oily. Grab a pot with hot water & soak the tofu skin until soft.
You may cook the vegetable in different pot to avoid different taste of soup. At last all add in the soup & is ready to serve.
千万别把腐竹和汤一起煮会导致整锅变成腐竹汤又油腻。把腐竹另外泡在一锅热水至软，菜也不例外。最后才全部一起放入汤内就可以开餐啦。
