Cracking the Whip

In April of 2017 - I checked visiting Munich off my bucket list... with only one night there, my hubby and I visited the Marienplatz Square and then used the underground to go to a German restaurant called the Hofbrauhaus (right opposite the Hard Rock Cafe) it is huge! 3 stories High, including live traditional dancers and a few live Oompa Bands!

I’d never seen anything like this #whipcracker before

His hat protects his ears... I was told the hand in the pocket protects the jewels 💎 - because ouch is the sound of learning for these artists!
The “crack” is produced when a section of the whip moves faster than the speed of sound creating a small sonic boom.

I have a MUST WATCH short video clip here

This was upstairs at the Hofbrauhaus (yes... it’s huge, and downstairs was packed!)

No need to lift weights.... carrying 8 liters of beer at a time is all you need!

Here are a few more snaps from that day... enjoy!

I see you had a local Bruiser , pose against the Large Metal Door?

Fantastic Photographs and Architecture!

I have heard of the Nutcracker Suite before, but never the Whipcracker Suite!

@awgbibb - you might be on to an interesting concept... the "Whipcracker Suite" of my imagination includes incredible fast fingered guitarist, fabulous drumming, beautiful bikes, black leather garb and yes a whipcracker - would make the most beautiful music video...
