Poem [#5]: "Fade Away" - My teardrops entry for @SURPASSINGGOOGLE (TEARDROPS)

Fade Away

I don’t know what happened,
Why it seems so broken?
Thought this happiness will last,
Why it just comes to pass.

Reminiscing the memories of you and me,
Days and nights we’re just smiling unceasingly.
Can we go back a little bit faster?
Because it hurts so badly, I can’t take it any longer.

The laughter we’ve shared,
Are the moments I’ve treasured.
All the joy that we bear,
That no one can measure.

Why it seems all just fading?
Is there still a rainbow when the rain stops falling?
Now teach me how to hold on,
If giving up is not an option.

I don’t know how,
I don’t know why.
I don’t even know,
If this means goodbye.
