Teardrops of joy, After long years of waiting finally got my application approved at public school as a teacher

Thanks to @surpassinggoogle for creating this @TearDrops smt token rewarding proof of tears. It will able us to realize how those @tears we shed are being rewarded now.

Being a teacher is not an easy job, you have all day and night working with only limited time to rest. How? You will work from 7am and end up 4pm, but still you will be staying at school to check all paper works including the tests, assignments and quizzes of the student. After a day of work, you will still be writing your lesson plan when you get home and stop once its done.

With Cool and Cute little kids in a public school, where i am teaching right now.

Its dream come true, finally i am working full time at public school as a Grade 1 teacher.

So its not easy right? I been working for 6 years in a private school but i was dreaming that someday i could get a slot in a public school. Public school is under the government program (DEPED), it has a lot of benefits and higher salaries comparing to private school. I shed @tears praying that there will be a slot for in the City or Province location. I submitted all the requirements for rankings and finally, i made it.

These little kids are the rewards of my @tears.

I am happy having them as my pupils, they are very eager to learn.

After a week of waiting, the result came out. I belong to the top 10 with higher average in the City and tap 5 in Province. I could choose where ever i want, but i chose to teach in the City and i was assigned near my house. After all those @tears of waiting, finally...i am now working full time in a public school.

It is really worth to wait, despite of those tears i did, praying for having a positive results and @tears of failing after how many attempts, its finally over. I am so thankful that God answers all my prayers.

Aww congratulations po. 👏
I have a soft spot and a very high regard to teachers, especially to Grade 1 teachers dahil my mom also served as a Grade 1 teacher in a public school in our hometown for 30 years and I agree that being a Grade 1 teacher is a no easy task.

I have personally witnessed the sacrifices and the hardships of my mom. Before she got transferred to our hometown, she was first assigned in the mountainous areas of Kayapa and Baan, Nueva Vizcaya.

Me and my brother also used to help her in making her visual aids (drawing, coloring, lettering) and sometimes all of us woild go to her classroom to do some actual decorating, cleaning and painting. We spent most of our weekend doing these especially when there's a calibration for promotions.

It is also true about lesson plans. She would also often wake up at dawn to continue writing them.

Really, being a teacher is no easy task, most of all for Grade 1 teachers, being the foundation of all the educational life of those kids.

I am very proud of you and i hope you continue doing a good job!😘

true yan sis. @superstarxtala ganun din kami. My father, my siblings and I. We as a family helped nanay with the visual aids. I was an expert covering the boxes. And some of my creations can be seen in her classroom, like the skeletal system I made and cut from illustration board. =)

Diba? Mabuhay ang mga ulirang guro at sa pamilyang sumusuporta sa kanila!👏😁

nakakapagod pero worth it, lalo na mapalapit ka na sa mga bata.

True sis. Keep up doing the good work!😘

Congratulations @steemit-again My mother and my two sisters are all working as public school elementary teacher. My career was changed because I am a nurse. But still, as I start to realize, I always come back to being a teacher. I am now studying an online course on Special Education because I want to help my daughter who has special needs. She is differently abled and if I will be able to gain much knowledge about SpEd, then that would be a great help to my daughter. I now believe, teaching runs in my blood.

I am also a Sped teacher, i am handling grade one now.

Goodluck sis sa atin =)

Congratulations! It truly is a big thing to be hired as a public school teacher. I hope so though that teacher's salary will increase as well because I know the hardship, sacrifice and effort a teacher does. I have a husband who is a teacher too.

You got it, i am happy i am teaching in public school now.

congrats maam! good luck on your journey as teacher.

Thank you so much, i really appreciate your comment.
