Alright ! School run done let's get brewing. This mornings cup of leafy delight feels like the after 8 mint of teas. I'm rocking an Echinacea & Peppermint organic herbal beast and it is a bit like winter leaning around the back of autumn pushing summer to the floor and giving you a stern slap to the chops. Just to remind you #winteriscoming It's a mellow minty journey you could brush your teeth with ( but definitely don't, I tried and I just ended up looking like I'd been recklessly grazing in my wife's herb garden like some kind of weird munching goat man ) As summer slowly comes to an end in NZ and fresher mornings are on the horizon this tea certainly compliments those times but its not fishermans friend cool. It's jazz cool like Miles Davis or 60s George Benson. I recommend grabbing your favourite mug, jug teapot,thimble, beach bucket and kick starting your day with this minty ensemble. Like Dave Brubecks take 5 in your mouth **Edit I brewed this for about 8 minutes and the power of the echinacea cuts the cool breeze off like bartenders in Amsterdam flicking the head off a Heineken. i added a tea spoon of honey and went to the moon. #doit 7.5/10 .jpg)
