IS IT POSSIBLE?

I have a wallet containing 1.19BTC on blockchain.info but i forgot the password for the web base access but i had the app on an android phone( password known) before it went off and did not come on again. Is it possible to remove the storage chip and put it in a working phone and still get back my app untouched? Help pls
