Transfer your files from PC to your Android or iOS Devices via Wifi

imagine that you don't have a USB cable and you want to transfer files into your device urgently, so how you can do that?
it's never made easy before, now with Portal App you can do that so easily with just a few tips on your device and you're done without much pain in the neck looking for USB cables or installing drivers on different Operating systems.
