LTI & Mindtree Announce Merger to Establish India’s Next Large-Scale IT Services Player @ CXOTV

At their respective meetings, the Boards of Directors of LTI and Mindtree adopted a composite scheme of amalgamation of both of these independently listed IT services firms into the Larsen & Toubro Group. The planned merger will combine the strengths of LTI and Mindtree to form an efficient and scaled-up IT services business worth more than $3.5 billion.
