How far will Google go? Will they reach AI perfection in a hundred years from now?

Nowadays there's an unprecedented rise of technology we can't help but wonder how will things be in the years to come.
In the recent Google I/O 2018 there was a google tech that struct me the most, it's called "Google Duplex".

Now the question is, will google be able to perfect AI in 30 years? 50 or 100?
How will it affect us in the future?
What are the jobs that would take a big hit on this?
