Here is a brilliant example of how people are trying to use technology to cure stupidity. If people kept to their side of the road and didn't overtake on blind turns there would be no need so this kind of stuff. As one of my friends suggested, what is really needed is a machine that stops a vehicle, drags out the driver and whacks the crap out of him.
