This feature is a GIF maker. It's not like 'Smart GIF Select' which was presented for the first time in Note 7, it is better.
Situated in the Gallery app in the video section, tools for creating GIF allows you to convert videos to animated GIF, reports Gazeta Express.
Unlike feature in Note 7, you do not need to manually select a specific area on the screen to capture.
Simply open the Gallery app and going to GIF icon, you can convert videos into GIF.
