Tech is not an ADDICTION for the youth so much as it is a COPING MECHANISM for all of the awful stuff going on everywhere. Take away their smart devices and replace with art supplies and you will get the same perception of addiction to something perceived as "good". If you dont want to become an AI perhaps you should stop feeding it.
