@kerlund74 - Great post. Everything needs to be tested before it can be accepted. The most crucial aspect of testing is to ensure that the people who use the "system" engage with it in order to try out all the nonsense that they must in order to determine their way of navigation as they will use it almost 100%. Designers may take most things into account however there are times when instruction is not adhered to and then things become a huge issue. Thank you for the post. Thank you very much, and I agree with you:-) This is something I am passionate about, many people get frustrated everyday because of bad usability.
