# Introduction Once a system of operations continues to linger for a while it gradually grows into becoming a nom, then eats deep and becomes a character and then ultimately mature into a culture and at that level it is next to impossible to effect a notable change. There's been a system of Organization previously existed and still existing which gave zero regard to transparency, sincerity and cannot be trusted. Luckily for us a group of right motivated and equipped visionaries decided to come together to effect a change to this norms in governance by implementing the creation of DAOstack. DAOstack comes as a savior to the organizational norms in governance where it is rulled by selfish interests, bloodline nonsense, political influences and not by efficiency, or ones ability to deliver. Let me give you a perfect example to what I'm saying.

Example

In a company I worked for some years back, there was the CEO who headed the company and he made his wife the Managing Director. Personally she is the one who adds little value to the company, she's lazy, complacent and rude too. I was the Admin Personnel, having worked there for over a year I earned a promotion which was obvious that I dueky deserved by virtue of what values I added. I virtually backed this company on my shoulders. A day came and my boss arrived at the office bringing his son who just graduated college and had no experience on the job what so ever and introduced him as my new boss. This was unfair, corporately wrong and just a very stupid decision to do. He brought in a boss whom I trained on the job for months before he could fit in, a boss who messes up and I'm the one who's there to clean it up.
Am sure most of you have had similar experiences, it's high time we put a stop to this selfish corporate corruption that is driven by selfish desires and not performance and credibility.

DAOstack

DAO stands for Decentralized Autonomous Organizations.
