can't able to upload video on Dtube

Hey Community
whenever iupload a video at DTUBE it doesn't really work. I tried Chrome browser. The upload fails.
it's acting like it's uploading and uploading for so long, and then I never get a green check mark next to upload a video.
Has any of you had similar experiences on the internet site?
Do you have any solution for this issues??
