I have a smartwatch, the gear fit 2 from Samsung. I am not exercising frequently. What I appreciate the most with the watch is the ability to "lazyily" track my step count and my sleeping pattern. I try to get a general feeling for my heart rate as well and its ability to automatically track that over the day is a feature i like alot.
After i had worn the watch for a couple of months i shifted my activities mentally and started to think more about teying to move more frequently. Having a job that is very stationary i find that this type of technology helps me to give me a small push into a less lazy lifestyle. One does not have to go to extremes. I believe that by just having a small reminder now and then telling me to not be static for hours helps keeping my body a bit more active in general. I really hooe that more ppl use this type if tech in their everyday life.
