Suppose if there is a leak in some of the water and gas pipelines in your home, how will it be? I want to tear off the hair of the head to find the leakage! Is not it?
Yes, a group of world-renowned MIT University has created a robot capable of finding such a leak!
Generally, these leaks can not be found until they cause big problems. And then it is not necessary to say the amount spent to solve the problem. One statistics show that 20 percent of alloted water is leaked due to leakage!
These leakage creates a lack of water and builds down the damages in the building or on the streets where there is leakage.
The leakage can not be detected initially with the help of detecting leakages and can not detect soil, plastic pipe leaks.

To solve these problems, MIT's researchers created a small pipe swing robot that can detect very small pores and before it can create a big problem.
The robot looks like a shuttlecock (badminton game 'feather'). It is entered in water pipe with the help of a fire hydrant. Then it continues with the flow of water. The robot will tell its location while it is running and its tiny bit of pressure and the pressure can catch. And the pressure of the pressure gives the signal to stay leak!
Researchers now want to make it a flexible form. As a result, it can enter any radius pipe!
