Mind Control Declassified: An Evidence Based Study on Brainwaves and Frequency Research During the Cold War Era

Before I begin, let me say I realize things like "MKULTRA" and "Mind Control" have become normalized in our culture to a degree. It's to the point where it's referred to so frequently, people often just listen along without thinking much about the 'mechanics' or 'technical data' of MK ULTRA Mind Control or antenna arrays like HAARP. So I'm not here to add more fuel to the fire of shock and fear-based conspiracy theories. I'm not here to merely repeat what's already been said without adding some insight. I have something to offer here that you probably haven't seen before, at least in this context. I feel confident about that. This won't be a waste of your time.

Why should you care what I have to say about Radio Frequency? I get into that in detail during the video presentation I've inserted below. If it intrigues you at all, I was in the Wireless Communications Industry for over twenty years. If that helps qualify me. I'm not saying this to brag or boast, but simply to differentiate the data I have to offer from what you are used to seeing on YouTube and other outlets. 

I'm not here to scare the crap out of you. This is to provide insight into a decades long process of frequency manipulation that is affecting human consciousness and behavior globally. During these presentations I "decrypt" a Cold War Era report by the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency released in 1972.

This is all from the persective of a former Radio Frequency Engineer. I've worked in those buildings at the bottom of the towers. I've repaired and installed the cellular phones. So the data I'm providing, and the associated analysis, I hope, you'll find it compelling and informative.
